Julian Stocks

Julian Stocks is responsible for leading Tishman Speyer's United Kingdom business， including acquisitions， sales， development， and asset management. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 2010， Mr. Stocks was the head of capital markets at Jones Lang LaSalle and led nine teams who advised clients on every aspect of investment and development in England， including the City and West End of London， High Street retail， shopping centers， out of town retail， national offices， national industrial， auctions and residential. He has been active in the London market for over 20 years and gained broad experience while working with the Jones Lang LaSalle fund management， property management， leasing， development， and investment teams. Mr. Stocks also served as a board member of the English business of Jones Lang LaSalle for five years and as a board member of Jones Lang LaSalle’s European Capital Markets Business. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors， a board member of the Investment Property Forum's Education Committee and a council member of the Westminster Property Association.
