Arthur Lowenfish

Arthur Lowenfish joined Tishman Speyer in 1995. He is responsible for Tishman Speyer's global accounting function. Previously， he was the asset manager for the portfolio of operating properties in the New York， Connecticut and Philadelphia regions. He began his career in the Accounting Department and later was the financial director for Rockefeller Center. Mr. Lowenfish is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on the Advisory Board of the Art Deco Society of New York and the Executive Committee of Integrated Real Estate at Lehigh University. He earned a BS in accounting from Lehigh University.
