William Baker

William Baker holds a BA in finance from the University of Texas， and an MBA from Rutgers， the State University of New Jersey. Mr Baker has been with Mahon China since 1996 and has lived in China for over 20 years. Prior to joining Mahon China， Mr Baker worked in China’s technology sector， including three years as the managing director of a company focused on broadcast media systems. At Mahon China Mr Baker has successfully managed investments in the telecoms and electronics sectors and assisted in the origination and management of a major textiles investment. Mr Baker has specialist market expertise in technology and retail. At Mahon China he is also responsible for all international fund compliance and liaison and with overseas service providers to the funds managed by Mahon China.
