Osamu Funatsu

Osamu Funatsu joined Bain Capital in 2009. Prior to joining Bain Capital， Mr. Funatsu was a financial planning and analysis manager at GE Capital Corporation in Japan， developing strategic and financial planning. Also at GE， he served on the corporate audit staff， auditing GE subsidiaries and running six sigma projects in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining GE， Mr. Funatsu worked at Mitsubishi Corporation on a number of strategic and operational projects for the joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and Isuzu Motors in Thailand.

Mr. Funatsu received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of Tokyo.
