Daniel Wu

Mr. Daniel Mingdong Wu joined SAIF Partners as a Venture Partner in 2009. Mr. Wu is also an independent director and chairman of audit committee at VanceInfo Technology， a leading IT outsourcing company based in China. From 2005 to 2009， Mr. Wu served as chief financial officer of Focus Media， the leading digital media company based in China and a NASDAQ 100 company. Mr. Wu was chief financial officer and a director of Harbour Networks Ltd. from January 2004 until January 2005. Prior to that， Mr. Wu was a partner of Bridgecross Ltd. from 2001 to 2003. From 2000 until 2001， Mr. Wu was a vice president for technology investment banking at Merrill Lynch （Asia Pacific） Ltd. From 1996 to 2000， Mr. Wu worked as an investment banker in the global communications group of Lehman Brothers Inc.

Mr. Wu holds a B.A. degree summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA degree beta gamma sigma from Columbia Business School.
