Hugh Dyus holds a MBA. and a B. Econ Science from the University of the Witwatersrand， South Africa.Hugh has over 16 years of M&A and private equity experience in the Asia Pacific region. Hugh gained his private equity experience primarily through his position as a Director of PPM Ventures （Asia） Ltd， where he focused on deal origination and execution activities and on portfolio management of the Asian direct investments portfolio. Before his affiliation with PPM Ventures （Asia） Ltd， Hugh was a Director of CCF Charterhouse （Asia） Ltd， where he was responsible for the establishment and development of their Asian corporate finance advisory business， which was focused on M&A. Prior to moving to Asia in 1991， Hugh worked in London for CCF and Chase Investment Bank focusing on the origination and execution of UK and cross border European M&A transactions. Hugh served as Chairman of the board of Global Brands Company Inc. （
